PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from being included between a cable and a mold insulator and to prevent electrical performance from deteriorating by pulling out a pipe-spreading tool at a speed for preventing air from being included between the cable and the premold insulator. SOLUTION: A double-acting cylinder S is used to operate a piston P stably by using oil instead of air in a single-acting cylinder. The front and rear of a premold insulator A are supported by insulator-retaining metal fittings 1a and 1b for fixing to the double-acting cylinder S, and at the same time, the piston S for fixing a gear-lock member-gripping metal fitting 3 to the tip is pushed out, thus pulling a pipe-spreading tool B from the premold insulator A via a flange part 2. The pull-out speed is set to a value so that a void will not be rolled in, namely 20 mm/sec or less, thus preventing voids from being generated at an adhesion portion by rolling in air, when performing adhesion from a premold insulator A to a cable K. |
