PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restitute a cover of a luggage box opened smoothly to the close position. SOLUTION: A cover 3 is fitted as covering a luggage box 1 of a vehicle opening upward so that the opening is closed. The rear edge corner of the opening 11 is provided at the over-surface with a protrusive guide wall 14 extending to the front and rear along the side edge of the opening 11, wherein the front side face 14a is formed as a rising slope. During movement to the close position, the sides 34 of the rear edge of the cover 3 abut to the front side face 14a so that the cover 3 is guided in levitation.
