<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the concn. of a material to be crushed in an accelerating nozzle and to reduce an air cushion effect due to the stagnation of a high-speed air stream generated on the surface of a single collision disk by dispersing the air cushion effect by separating the air stream from a single large-diameter accelerating nozzle into plural small-diameter nozzles and to improve the crushing capacity with the same amt. of energy by colliding the material to be crushed and accelerated by the nozzles with the collision disk at a fixed speed to convert the energy of the high- pressure air into colliding power with high efficiency and converting the energy of the high-pressure air efficiently into crushing energy. SOLUTION: High-pressure air and a powder accelerated by the high-pressure air are ejected from an accelerating nozzle 8 and collided with a collision disk 5 opposed to the nozzle 8 at high speed, and the powder is crushed by this collision pneumatic crusher among the crushers for crushing solid matter, a mechanism for distributing the high-pressure air and material 15 to be crushed is provided in the one crusher, plural crushing parts acting separately are furnished, and the material 15 to be crushed, accelerated to a high speed by the high-pressure air, is separated and supplied to discrete crushing parts and crushed.</p> |
