PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house enabling both of improvement of the environment of an inhabitant and maintenance of the life of the house. SOLUTION: Air vents 10 by which a plurality of indoor spaces 9 formed, with a floor part 6 between, above an under-floor space 3 of a foundation heat- insulating structure having no ventilating window communicating with an outdoor space 1 and the under-floor space 3 are made to communicate with each other are provided, and a ventilating device 17 having a discharge port 11 made to communicate with the outdoor space 1 and an air inlet port 13 made to communicate with the under-floor space 3 through a ventilating tube 14 is provided. Thereby both reduction of a feel of cold draft of a floor surface by making a temperature environment of the under-floor space 3 substantially the same as the one of the indoor spaces 9 and maintenance of the lifetime of a house by making it possible to discharge chemical substances in the under- floor space 3 are enabled.
