PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of the purity of pure water and to increase the collection amt. of pure water. SOLUTION: A non-boiling type distilling purification apparatus has a raw water tank 1 housing raw water, a distillation tank 2 receiving the supply of raw water (a) to be distilled from the raw water tank 1, the heater 3 disposed above the surface of the raw water (a) of the distillation tank 2 and heating the raw water (a) to generate steam at temp. equal to or lower than the b.p. temp. of the raw water (a), the condenser 4 disposed above the raw water (a) to cool and condense the steam evaporated from the raw water (a), a pure water taking-out pipe 6 taking out pure water generated by condensing steam by the condenser from the distillation tank 2 and a pure water storage tank 8 storing the pure water taken out of the pure water taking-out pipe 6. The raw water supply piping reaching the distillation tank 2 from the raw water tank 1, the pure water collecting piping reaching the pure water storage tank 8 through the pure water taking-out pipe 6 of the distillation tank 1 and the drain piping reaching a drain tank 13 from the overflow pipe 9 of the distillation tank 2 are cut off from the open air.
