PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liq. detergent compsn. excellent in mildness, bubbling power, detergency, and low-temp. stability by compounding an alylglycoside, a fatty acid salt, an amine oxide, and a compd. selected from among arylsulfonic acids (salts) and arylcarboxilic acids (salts) in a specified wt. ratio. SOLUTION: This comsn. contains (A) 1-40 wt.% glycoside of formula I, (B) 0.1-20 wt.% 8-18C satd. or unsatd. fatty acid salt, (C) 0.1-20 wt.% amine oxide of formula II, and (D) 0.1-10 wt.% compd. selected from among 7-17C arylsulfonic acids (salts), etc., in a wt. ratio of B/C of (9/1)-(1/9), in a wt. ratio of B/D of (8/1)-(1/10), and in a concn. of (A+B+C) of 10-50 wt.%. In the formulas, R1 and R4 are each 8-18C alkyl, alkenyl, or alkylphenyl; R2 is 2-4C alkylene; G is a residue derived from a 5-6C reducing sugar; the average of (x) is 0-5; the average of (y) is 1.0-1.42; and R5 and R6 are each 1-3C alkyl or an alkanol group.
