PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a maintenance without causing a cost increase by providing a controller detecting a state in each oil damper and processing it and provide a monitoring device concentrating a signal from each controller toward the outside and capable of monitoring it. SOLUTION: In the case where a dome roof R is supported through many ropes W, an oil damper O is functioned through the W to absorb a vibration when the dome roof R is vibrated by an earthquake and a strong wind. Then, controllers 15 are integrally and continuously provided on each oil damper O respectively and an external output signal being a communication signal from each controller 15 is supervisorily monitored by a monitoring device 27. Further, the controllers 15 taking in each output signal from a displacement sensor, a pressure sensor and an oil leak sensor and processing it and controlling an output of a collection, record and a management information of data regarding the state of the oil damper O are integrally and continuously with a cylinder.
