PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fall of a coil spring provided between an end wall part of a valve casing and a valve element, and set an opening stroke of the valve element large in a check valve to be provided at an end part of a filler pipe of a fuel tank. SOLUTION: A first spring guide 32a to be engaged with an outer circumference at one end part of a coil spring 32 is provided on an end wall part 301 of a valve casing 30, and a second spring guide 32b to be engaged with an inner circumference at the other end part of the coil spring 32 is provided on a valve element 31, thus both spring guides 32a, 32b will not interfere with each other.
