PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify opening/closing of a gas passage, a regulation of a gas pressure and a regulation of a gas amount by opening and closing a communication passage by a valve disc cooperatively with an igniting or fire extinguishing operation by using a rubber as the disc. SOLUTION: A shut-off valve 7 for stopping supply of gas in the case of dying out a fire due to boiling-out is provided at an uppermost upstream side of an inlet side passage of the gas controller. Further, a pressure chamber 9 communicating with an outlet side passage 3 of the gas formed of a diaphragm 8 is provided. Then, a communication passage 10 for communicating the chamber 9 with the passage 2 is formed. A valve disc 11 made of rubber coupled to the diaphragm 8 is provided at the passage 10. The disc 11 is urged in a valve opening direction by a pressure setting spring 12 cooperatively with a fire extinguishing operation, and the disc 11 is urged in a valve closing direction by a gas pressure of the chamber 9 formed by the diaphragm 8 to regulate its pressure.
