PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a mat-like coating layer excellent in low viscosity, stability and flexibility by compounding a specific radiation-curing (metha)acrylate compound, a colloidal silica, a stabilizer for dispersing and an initiator for photopolymerization. SOLUTION: This radiation-curable composition comprises: 40-80 wt.%, preferably not less than 50-80 wt.%, of a radiation-curing (metha)acrylate to show viscosity not more than 20 cps having at least one hydroxyl group in the molecule, 5-50 wt.%, preferably 5-30 wt.%, of a (metha)acrylate compound except the above (metha)acrylate, 5-20 wt.%, preferably 10-20 wt.%, of a colloidal silica composed of a primary size of 1-20μm, preferably 2-10μm, 0.5-5 wt.%, preferably 0.5-3 wt.% of a stabilizer for dispersion such as diethanolamine and N-methyldiethanol; and 1-10 wt.%, preferably 2-8 wt.%, of an initiator for photopolymerization.
