PURPOSE: The noise reduction apparatus is provided to reduce a noise by preventing from occurring a vortex flow CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing, a rotating plate, a rotating drive tools. In the apparatus, the gap between a rotating plate and the top side of a interior housing or a rotating plate and the base side of a interior housing reduces the noise by preventing from occurring a vortex flow
