PURPOSE: An album having a sound recording and playing device provided to immediately record the wanted contents according to photos kept in an album and to play the recorded sound whenever opening the album. CONSTITUTION: The album having a sound recording and playing device comprises: a sound recording and playing device(100) for composing and saving a sound input from an external sound input device(200); a sound processing IC(110) for playing the saved sound; a playing switch(130) for supplying sound playing signals to the sound processing integrated circuit(110) according to the on or off state when opening or closing the album; a speaker(120) for output of the played sound from the sound processing ic(110); a connector(150) for interfacing the external sound input device(200); and a battery(140) for supplying power.
