PURPOSE: A low bench of a chair for a student is provided to ventilate between the surface of the low bench and the contact surface of a body of a seated person when a user seated on the chair. CONSTITUTION: The chair for the student comprises:a usual frame(10) formed by bending a metallic pipe; a low bench of a chair(11) formed by a laminated body formed by hot-compressing plural thin films of a patterned wood impregnated a resin; a back of the chair(12); an embossing surface unit(13) continuously formed a projection unit(13a) and a recessed groove unit(13b) on the surface of the low bench of the chair(11) and the back of the chair(12).
