PURPOSE: The sense amp is made to assure the reliability of operation by a stable feedback loop regardless of the change of process and to make the lay out profitable by making the device occupation area with the reduction of the number of circuit construction devices. CONSTITUTION: The sense amp is characterized by comprising: a pull-up circuit part(43, 44) to pull up an R-Bit line and an R-Bit B line respectively; a control voltage level adjusting part(41, 42) to adjust the control voltage level of the pull-up circuit part by receiving the levels of the R-Bit line and the R-Bit B line; a pull-up driving part(46, 47) to drive the pull-up circuit part by feedback of the levels of the R-Bit line and R-Bit B line; and a level detection control part(48, 51, 52) controlling the pull-up circuit driving part by detecting the levels of the R-Bit line and the R-Bit B line.
