HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve the heat transmission efficiency by preventing the condensed water from venting to outside and from staying on the lower area of a pin. CONSTITUTION: The heat exchanger(1) has:plural electric heating pipe(10) for flowing a refrigerant aligned to be paralleled each other; plural tubular pins(20) aligned to be paralleled; and a hydrophilic material for preventing the condensed water from staying between pins(20).
