PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a chitin fabric using N-acyl chitosan chloride useful for a vital function and a chitin fabric manufactured by this method for having an improved digestion and absorption are provided. CONSTITUTION: A chitin fabric using N-acyl chitosan chloride comprises: an N-acyl chitosan chloride aqueous solution produced by dissolving 3¯10 wt% of N-acyl chitosan chloride in concentration of 10¯18 wt% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution; and mixing a mixture of a cellulose xanthine chloride dissolved with an amount of 7¯12 wt% in a concentration of 3¯7 wt% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with the produced N-acyl chitosan chloride aqueous solution in a volume ratio of 1:4¯1:1.
