EPOXY-CARBON FIBER REINFORCING PANEL AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, MOLDED BY SYNTHESIZING EPOXY AND CARBON FIBER SHEET

PURPOSE: An epoxy-carbon fiber reinforcing panel and production method thereof, molded by previously synthesizing epoxy and a carbon fiber sheet are provided to make construction easier when reinforcing a structure member like a slab, a truss of a reinforcing steel concrete group, also to reduce expenses and air. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of a reinforcing panel comprises the steps of: hardening by injecting epoxy resin to the specific height at the lower part of a mold; stacking carbon fiber sheets removed of a sheet protective paper(3) as the hardening of epoxy resin injected is proceeded to a certain amount; suppressing to impregnate epoxy resin into the stacked carbon fiber sheet(4) using a roller stained with epoxy resin; injecting the epoxy resin in the upper part of the carbon fiber sheet(4) stacked; controlling its thickness; hardening to complete the upper part panel.
