PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a constant voltage driving method and to enable specific luminosity to be realized. SOLUTION: In an EL display device by a constant voltage driving method, a driving circuit 35 on the common side is constituted of an analog operation amplifier OP. The output of the operation amplifier OP is connected to a common line 32 and also feed back connected to -input, with a common driver 37 connected to +input. Since the potential Vc of the common line 32 is controlled to be constant through feedback control by the operation amplifier OP, a constant luminosity can be realized without depending on the difference of an EL element area and on the number of data selections. |
