摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a battery capacity of superior reliability by measuring a characteristic impedance spectrum from an input current and an output voltage impressed to both ends of the battery at a predetermined frequency region, determining a value of a model parameter and obtaining a correlation to the battery capacity measured by a real time discharge method. SOLUTION: An input current corresponding to a digital input signal which is an overlap of non-interfering selection frequencies defined beforehand at a digital signal memory part 200 of a measuring apparatus 20, 21, 22,... is applied by a constant current regulation part 210 to both ends of a test battery through battery connection terminals 30, 31, 32,.... In this state, the input current and an output voltage are continuously output as digital signals by an analog/digital conversion part 220 to a central control apparatus 10. The control apparatus 10 sequentially stores the digital signals to a memory device 110 through an input/output device 120. When the battery is finished to be measured, a processing apparatus 100 Fourier transforms the measured results stored in the memory device 110 to a complex impedance value and approximates to a value of a model parameter determined at an impedance function approximation part 140.
