PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable limitting a reproducible region when data of a literary work and the like recorded in a recording medium is reproduced. SOLUTION: A recording means 12 records information such as literary works, characters and the like in a recording medium 13, and also records region information indicating a region in which reproduction of information is permitted. When a reproducing device 11 reproduces the recording medium 13, a self position information indicating self physical position is obtained by a self position information measuring means 100 in a certification device 10, and it is outputted to a discrimination means 101. The discrimination means 101 discriminates whether a position indicated by self position information is included in a region indicated by region information or not, and a certificated result indicating 'in-range'/'out of range' is outputted. When a certificated result of the certification device 10 is 'in-range', reproduction of information of the recording medium 13 is permitted.
