<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge capable of preventing the damaging of a disk caused by the clamping of the disk and the entering of dusts or stains into a cartridge case. SOLUTION: This cartridge for a recording medium is provided with a cartridge case 30 having an opening for housing the recording medium, an opening cover 70 detachably fixed to the opening part so as to draw/house the recording medium, and a holding means for supporting the recording medium so as to prevent its playing during the housing and/or drawing of the same in the cartridge case 30. This holding means includes a pair of elastic clamping parts 44 elastically formed in the opening cover for preventing the playing of the recording medium before the opening cover 70 is fixed to the cartridge case 30, and a unclamping means for rotating the recording medium by releasing the clamping of the elastic clamping parts 44 at the time of fixing the opening cover 70 to the cartridge case 30.</p> |
