PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive tape for adhering an electrolytic capacitor element terminal for prolonging the life of an electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: An adhesive tape for adhering an electrolytic capacitor element terminal is formed as an adhesive tape for adhering the terminal to be wound around the outer peripheral part of an electrolytic capacitor element around which an anode foil and a cathode foil are wound through an electrolytic sheet. This adhesive tape is provided with a supporting body constituted of porous materials and an adhesive layer provided on one face of the supporting body. The supporting body can be constituted of, for example, Japanese paper or an unwoven cloth. The air permeability of the porous materials is set almost 1-100 second/100 cc.
