PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adjustment of height of an elevating panel attached to a desk easily and quickly. SOLUTION: An elevating panel 2 which is vertically movable is attached to plural brackets 15 equipped at a side or back part of a desk 1 and a constant load spring 24 is equipped in between the desk 1 and the elevating panel 2 so that the weight of the elevating panel can be balanced.
