PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat the inside of a heating chamber by executing the heat insulation of a crude refuse treating vessel by the heat generated by heating of a catalyst at the time of deodorizing the exhaust air from the crude refuse treating vessel, thereby preventing the short pass of the heated exhaust air flowing from an inflow section to an outlet section. SOLUTION: The mid-way of an exhaust route 3 for exhausting smell of a crude refuse treating vessel 1 is provided with a deodorizer 4 for heating and deodorizing the exhaust air and a heating chamber 5 for heating the crude refuse treating vessel 1 formed on the rear surface side of the crude refuse treating vessel 1 to which the heated exhaust air exhausted from a deodorizer 4 is fed. One wall part 8a of the heating chamber 5 is provided with the inflow section 60 for admitting the heated exhaust air into the heating chamber 5 and the outlet section for discharging the exhaust air from the heating chamber 5 adjacently to each other. The apparatus is provided with a partition plate for preventing the short pass of the heated exhaust air flowing in from the inflow section into the heating chamber 5 to the outlet section.
