PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep constant the scraping effect by positioning the upper edge of a scraper alongside the surface of a belt having a trough trend. SOLUTION: A body 1 of hard rubber in the form of a rectangular plate having a notch 1b at the lower edge is pinched by a supporting plate 5 and holder plate 6 on the way of length direction and the side faces and that part of the surface on the side with the operator which lies nearer the end are surrounded by pressing pieces 2 made from an L-steel. A chip mounting plate 3 fitted with a chip 4 is welded in such a way as straddling on the two pressing pieces 2, and these 2 are inserted being pinched by a guide plate 7 and the supporting plate 5, and pressing is generated by advancing a bolt 41 of a pressing mechanism in which bolt advances and retreats with rotation so that a consolidated body of the body 1 and plate 3 is curved convex upward. Thereby the upper edge of the chip 4 is abutted without gap to the obverse surface of a belt 54, and if the pressure of a scraper 10 is released by retreating the bolt 41, the scraper 10 is restituted to its original rectangular shape, so that it is possible to lay alongside the obverse surface of belt which is straight, and the scraping effect can be made constant.
