PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous ointment having strong tackiness and excellent in use feeling by including a specific amount of a copolymer of aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate and alkyl (meth)acrylate. SOLUTION: This aqueous tacky ointment is obtained by including (A) 0.05-10 wt.%, preferably 0.1-6 wt.%, more preferably 0.2-4 wt.% of a copolymer of (i) aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate preferably having intramolecular amine of tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salt and (ii) alkyl (meth)acrylate with (B) 0.5-50 wt.% of an aqueous tacky agent, (C) 0.5-70 wt.% of a copolymer dissolving auxiliary and (D) 1-85 wt.% of water, etc., as necessary. As the component (i), dimethylaminoethyl (meth)acrylate, trimethylammonium ethyl chloride (meth) acrylate, etc., is preferable. As the component (ii), ethyl (meth)acrylate, (n)-butyl(meth)acrylate, etc., is suitably used.
