PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible thermoplastic molding having a flexibility, weather resistance, processibility and designability suitable for use wherein flexible polyvinyl chloride may be used, and an industrial part. SOLUTION: A flexible thermoplastic molding is obtained by heat molding a graft copolymer prepared by graft polymerizing a composite rubber ((A)+(B)) comprising (A) a polyorganosiloxane and (B) an alkyl (meth)acrylate rubber with (C) one or more monomers chosen from aromatic alkenyl compounds, acrylic esters, methacrylic esters and vinyl cyanide compounds.
