PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mount an umbrella on a bicycle by mounting a handle of the umbrella free to mount and demount by a handle support part provided on an upper pipe of a bicycle frame. SOLUTION: A handle 30 of an umbrella 3 is installed free to mount and demount by a handle support part 2 provided on an upper pipe 11 of a bicycle frame 1, and the bicycle frame 1 including the handle support part 2 and rib head ends 31 of the umbrella 3 are tied in a tensional state free to mount and demount by a tying rope 5. The umbrella 3 never moves in the operating direction even when rotating operation of the handle is carried out as the umbrella 3 is supported at a part which is not influenced by rotating operation of the handle, and it is possible to stably support the umbrella even in the case of strong wind or in the case when speed of the bicycle is increased as the rib head ends 31 of the umbrella 3 are tied on the bicycle frame 1 in the tensional state by the tying rope 5.
