PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and surely reflect search information on the display map of a plotter without increasing the working of an operator by providing a signal output means and outputting a signal showing a conformed condition to an external device together with the sound of a buzzer. SOLUTION: A fish finder 110 performs depth measurement, bottom material discrimination and fish school search on the basis of the reflected sound signal outputted from an oscillator 112, and performs water temperature measurement by a water temperature sensor 113. When these detection quantities are conformed to a preset fixed condition, a buzzer 114 is turned on to give an alarm to an operator, and an alarm signal showing the kind of alarm and the quantity from a serial output circuit 115 to a plotter 120. In the plotter 120, when this alarm signal is received by a serial input circuit 121, a plotter control part 112 stores the present position coordinate and the alarm signal in a memory 125, and displays a mark showing the alarm signal, for example, a mark of fish in case of fish school search, on the present position on a map displayed in a display part 12.
