PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify procedures for setting the number of revolution of a screw in a measuring step by controlling the number of revolution of the screw from the start to the end of the measuring step through interpolating the number of revolution based on the number of revolution and the detection value at the time of starting and ending the measuring step to be set by a controller. SOLUTION: A controller 25 controls the number of revolution of a screw from the start to the end of a measuring step through interpolating the number of revolution based on the numbers of revolution Ns, Ne to be set at the time of starting and ending the measuring step and a detection value by a position detector 19. In details, the controller 25 linearly interpolates the number of revolution of the screw from the start to the end of the measuring step by the detection value that is, the existing screw position, based on the set numbers of revolution Ns, Ne, a screw position Ss at the time of starting the measuring step and a screw position Se at the time of ending the measuring step. Thus the number of revolution of the screw 20 in the measuring step has only to be set based on the two values at the time of starting and ending the measuring process, so that the operation to set and change the setting is simple.
