PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent footgear from slipping off and falling out by providing antislip materials for preventing falling out for the inner-side instep surfaces of the cuff of footgear such as sandals. SOLUTION: An antislip material 3 with contact resistance for preventing falling out is brought along and provided for the inner-side instep surface 2 of the arched cuff of footgear 1 such as a sandal or slipper. At the time of using this, one wears it and walks with the instep part of one's foot in contact with the antislip material 3 for preventing falling out. Then every time one's heel is lifted up due to the bending of one's leg, the instep part of the foot is naturally pressed against the antislip material 3 for preventing falling out, and the footgear 1 is prevented from slipping off and falling out by the antislip material 3 for preventing falling out and is held at the instep part of the foot. Therefore, as the footgear 1 is prevented from slipping off and falling out even at the time of walking over differences in level and walking up and down stairs during walking, it is possible to walk safely.
