A connecting frame (12) is interposed between two lower slant frame sections (11A) connecting the rest of a head support frame (1A) to two stays (10) embedded on a seat backrest (SB). Inwardly bent juncture points (1C) connecting the lower slant frame sections to the stays are located under the connecting frame. A trim cover assembly (2) with a through hole (A) encloses the head support frame and the connecting frame. The head support frame has a horizontal upper frame section (11C) joined to the right and left vertical frame sections (11B) through the upper slant frame sections (11D). The lower slant frame sections connect the lower ends of the vertical frame sections, thus giving the head support frame a polygon shaped appearance. |
