SUBSTANCE: method involves presentation of sonic or visual signal to operator using selected software application or applications by means of at least one carrier of sonic or visual signal, which is located on control system members, which are not their functional parts and/or in positions which can be perceived by operator. Then method involves conditioning to reflex movements by means of at least single presentation of carrier of sonic or visual signal to operator and simultaneous execution of actions corresponding to chosen software application type by operator. Corresponding device has at least one carrier for conditioning reflex movements of operator or for harmonization of operator's psychic condition.
