PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress disturbance while securing servo property. SOLUTION: A disturbance forecasting and suppressing filter processor 20 operates the quantity of control for controlling the disturbance, using a signal outputted from a time measuring part 1 and a signal where a speed error signal outputted from a speed servo part 2 and a phase error signal outputted from a phase servo part 3 are superposed, and outputs it to an adder 21. The signal inputted into the adder 21 is superposed, and is outputted to a motor driver 7 through a PWM output part 5 and an LPF6. Then the motor driver 7 drives a motor 8, based on inputted signal. |
