<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, accurately form a pattern, and simply manufacture a color plasma display with high quality with high yield. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a color plasma display panel having a process for forming barrier ribs 3 on a substrate 1 and a process for burying the space between the barrier ribs 3 with paste further has a process for forming first paste between the barrier ribs 3 in a dimension smaller than the distance between the barrier ribs 3, conducting no baking, and a process for pushing a second paste containing a solvent, capable of dissolving the first paste into between the barrier ribs 3 and widening the forming width of the first paste.</p> |
