摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond flux for submerged arc welding applicable to various weldings of thin plate welding, thick plate multi-layer welding, two sided welding of butt joint and capable of obtaining excellent welding workability and joint performance in using any of these weldings. SOLUTION: The bond flux for submerged welding contains, by weight % per whole flux weight, 20-27% SiO2 , 18-25% Al2 O3 , 13-22% MgO, 4-11% CaO, 5-14% TiO2 , 3-10% CaF2 , further a particle size of 500-840μm is contained 30-50%, a particle size of >=297μm to <500μm is contained 30-50%, a particle size of >840μm is regulated to <25% and a particle size of <297μm to <20%, an apparent density is 0.80-1.20 g/ml.
