PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep horizontality of a transmission shaft connecting a PTO shaft with an input shaft of a working device and shorten entire length of a vehicle, in the working vehicle provided with the working device outside of one side in the back and forth direction of a car body. SOLUTION: This working vehicle has a differential gear device 10, an HST 20, and an engine orderly arranged from a first direction on one side in the back and forth direction of a car body to a second direction on the opposite side of this, and is equipped with a working device outside of one side of the car body. In this case, a transmission 30 constituting a running-system power transmitting mechanism is provided between the differential gear device 10 and the HST 20, a PTO shaft is projected on a housing of the HST 20, and a PTO-system power transmitting mechanism for branching and transmitting power of the PTO shaft from the running-system power transmitting mechanism is projected in the housing.
