PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning agent that can be substituted with table salt since it does not have the strength of saltiness, even when the amount of table salt in the food product is reduced, can remove the irrigating smell, harshness, bitterness and unplettsantness without reduction in palatability. SOLUTION: This seasoning composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of potassium chloride, 1-30 pts.wt. of ammonium chloride, 1-30 pts.wt. of calcium lactate, 1-30 pts.wt. of sodium L-aspartate, and 1-60 pts.wt. of L-glutamate salt and/or 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a nucleic acid seasoning substance. |
