摘要

FIELD: well drilling; applicable in separation of formations in course of well construction. SUBSTANCE: packer has body with central and inlet channels. Inlet channel is closed by valve. Packer also has sealing member and shell installed on packer body. Shell together with packer external wall forms hydraulic chamber which is communicated through valve and inlet channel with body central channel. Shell is corrugated along longitudinal axis. Sealing is located from outside of its middle part. Ends of shell have diameters of circumferences circumscribed round shell ends in packer initial position which exceed diameter of sealing member by value ensuring protection of this member from damage during packer lowering into well. Perimeter of ends after straightening of shell are equal to perimeter of well measured within interval of packer installation. EFFECT: reliable separation of formations in well. 6 dwg
