Agricultural/horticultural bacterial disease injury-controlling agents which contain as the active ingredient bis-(8-guanidinooctyl)amine or its salts and exhibit remarkable effects of controlling bacterial plant disease injury while showing little chemical damage; and agricultural/horticultural bacterial disease injury-controlling agents showing further enhanced effects which contain bis-(8-guanidinooctyl)amine or its salts together with active ingredients of agricultural/horticultural bacterial disease injury-controlling agents other than the above compounds.
