<p>The invention concerns a method for making a sandwich-type reinforced composite structural panel with alveolate core, which consists in: stacking at least one first reinforced thermoplastic material skin (110), a first reinforced thermoplastic material ply (120), a thermoplastic material alveolate core (130), a second reinforced thermoplastic material ply (140), the first and second reinforcing plies (120, 140) having a smaller surface than the first and second skins (110, 150) and being positioned symmetrically with respect to the plane formed by the alveolate core, at predetermined sites against said skins; pre-assembling the stack; heating the pre-assembled stack in an oven; and forming said panel by pressing said heated stack in a chilled mould, under pressure ranging between 1 and 3.106 Pa.</p> |
