PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the costs by decreasing the man-hours for assembling works and also the number of part times. SOLUTION: An insulator assembly 10 is configured without an outer cylinder metal piece. A bracket 30 is formed as a cut extrusion of aluminum, and its two end faces are equipped with thin wall portions 34-1. This insulator assembly 10 without outer cylinder metal piece is immersed in a liquid and inserted directly to the bracket 30, and the bracket 30 and insulator assembly 10 are fixed by caulking the thin wall portions 34-1, and the liquid-filled condition is established. |
