<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input an appropriate output instruction from terminal equipment, and to receive an outputted film with an appropriate timing by converting a monitor signal which indicates information related with the output of a printer outputted by an exclusive protocol into a protocol signal to be display which is capable of being displayed. SOLUTION: An SNMP agent 21 of a network printer 20 outputs a monitor signal which indicates information related with the output of the network printer 20 and information related with the specifications for a network 100 by an exclusive protocol, such as an SNMP in response to an information request signal inputted from an ANMP manager 11. The outputted SNMP monitor signal is fetched by the SNMP manager 11 of a management server 10, and the ANMP manager 11 outputs the fetched monitor signal to a protocol converting means 12. The protocol converting means 12 converts the inputted SNMP monitor signal into an HTML monitor signal and outputs the converted monitor signal to a WWW server 13.</p> |
