PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a peripheral circuit of this semiconductor integrated circuit device and to make an installation area of the peripheral circuit small by making a microcomputer set the kind of reference voltage in a DA reference voltage setting register of a reference voltage generation circuit. SOLUTION: In a reference voltage generation circuit 5, a selector 19 selects and outputs any reference voltage of power supply 22, a 1st constant voltage circuit 23, a 2nd constant voltage circuit 24 and a GND 25 in accordance with a value that is set in a DA reference voltage setting register 17, the reference voltage that is selected by the selector 19 is inputted and reference voltage that is outputted to an AD converter is set by a DA converter 15 in accordance with a value set in a DA conversion register 16. In such a case, a selector output 21 becomes reference voltage of the converter 15 and reference voltage 8 is outputted to the AD converter according to the value of data written in the register 16 through access of a microcomputer.
