PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and uniformly charge active carbon of a dregs sedimentation agent in mid-way of a conveying route of sake in a manufacturing process of sake. SOLUTION: An active carbon charging device for charging active carbon into sake conveyed in a conveyed route 20 consists of a hopper 11, a rotary feeder 15 connected to the hopper and for continuously feeding active carbon to a discharge port, a feed pipe connected to the discharge port and for feeding powdery active carbon discharged from the discharge port to a branch pipe 12 branching off from the conveying route, and a pump 14 connected to the feed pipe and for delivering sake mixed with active carbon. |
