PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for transportion, excellent in a shock absorbing force, easy to be handled, and having good taste in fashionability as a container for transporting bottles of wine and the like. SOLUTION: This package for transporting a bottle is formed with an airtight cylindrical body comprising two layers, inner one and outer one, and having an opening portion 3 at a forward end of the package. The package is formed by joining the inner and outer layers to each other in the lengthwise direction thereof, and has a lengthwise compartment 6 for enclosing and pinchingly holding a body of the bottle, a bottom compartment 6c formed at a swilling time by a slantwise notch 11 provided at each of both side ends at a rear part of the package, communicating portions 7 through which an air injection port 10 provided between the inner and outer layers distributes injected air to each compartment, and a hand grip part 12 provided at the forward opening portion. |
