<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bonding strength of a pinch-off section and make the tone and design of a container free from restrictions by forming an inner layer composed of a polyamide layer containing a manganese compound. SOLUTION: Polyamide is generally called nylon. The adding amount of a manganese compound to polyamide is preferably 1-1000 ppm manganese atom, and more preferably 10-50 Oppm manganese atom. As the manganese compound, manganese acetate, manganese benzoate, manganese naphtenate, manganese stearate, manganese phosphite, manganese sulfate, manganese chloride and the like are used, and a manganese compound to be dissolved in polyamide is preferable. As a process of adding the manganese compound into polyamide, a process of dry blending the manganese compound into porous nylon powder is most preferable. The average particle diameter of porous nylon powder used for the suction of powder is preferably 10 Oμor finer, and more preferably 5-50μis used.</p> |
