PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data managing device capable of unitary data management, without depending on the connection style of a computer system to a network. SOLUTION: A data managing server 30 analyzes an access command from a client 10 as a mobile data processor with an access processing part 32 and performs the input/output of correspondent shared data to a data file 34 through a data managing part 33. The data managing part 33 applies access right information containing the validity of the download requested client 10 with respect to the shared data. Moreover, the data managing part 33 monitors the access validity of the client 10 based on the relevant access right information, and if it is within the term of validity based on the upload request from the client 10, the correspondent shared data and the access right information of the relevant data are updated. |
