PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a high-performance retroreflective material by providing the one surface of a panel with a plurality of concave shapes, which are formed by inverting corner cube prisms, adjacently to each other and subjecting the surfaces thereof to a mirror surface treatment. SOLUTION: The one surface of a synthetic resin plate or aluminum plate, etc., is provided with the concave shapes, which are formed by inverting the corner cube prisms of approximately 2 mm or above in the respective sides constituting the incident surfaces, adjacently to each other and further, the concave surfaces thereof are subjected to an aluminum vapor deposition 1 treatment, etc., to form a mirror finished surfaces. In such a case, the respective sides of the prisms are >=2 mm and, therefore, the high-performance retroreflective performance is embodied by the high-accuracy reproducibility and production type precision at the time of molding. The defect in terms of the optical action of the reflection sheet is effectively eliminated by applying the composite reflectivity optics by the three mirror surface constitution without using the corner cube prism at all. |
