PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject coating material composition excellent in low- temperature curing property and capable of providing a cured material excellent in weather resistance, chemical performance, physical performance, etc., by including a specific nonaqueous polymer dispersion, a specific resin and a polyisocyanate compound. SOLUTION: This coating material composition comprises (A) a nonaqueous polymer dispersion obtained by copolymerizing (i) 5-20 wt.%α,β-unsaturated monomer containing hydroxyalkyl group with (ii) 20-90 wt.%α,β-unsaturated monomer containing >=8C alkyl group as ester side chain orα,β-unsaturated monomer of formula I R<1> is H or CH3 ; R<2> is a group of formula II or formula III [(m) and (n) are each 2-5]} and (iii) 0-50 wt.% of the other monomer and further containing (iv) a polymer having a structure in which 5-60%ε- caprolactone is subjected to ring-opening addition reaction as a disperse stabilizer, (B) an acrylic resin and/or polyester resin having 20-120 hydroxyl value and 2,000-100,000 weight average molecular weight and (C) a polyisocyanate compound.
